If you would benefit from the KEYS Network, your family can be introduced through a service provider, such as a GP or someone else in your community who you trust. You can also refer your family.
Every member in your family will outline strengths, needs and goals that will be included in a plan for your family. This plan will be used to coordinate services to meet your needs and goals.
The KEYS Network has a team of people who will work with your service provider and help to organise services to meet your needs such as healthcare, cultural connections, and education providers.
KEYS takes the protection of your personal information seriously. Data is stored securely, is protected by State and Federal legislation and is only shared with relevant services to allow for the safety and wellbeing of your family.
The KEYS Network removes the stress of accessing multiple services. If you need timely access to services like housing or counselling, KEYS can coordinate this for you. This can include connecting you to culturally safe services.
The KEYS Network recognises the family unit is fundamental to a child’s development. The needs of the child and family are at the heart of KEYS. Each member of your family will identify goals for themselves and the family.
The KEYS Network promotes collaboration between services and shares information in a respectful and secure way. This means you should only need to share your story once.
The KEYS Network is voluntary and is designed to help families live happy and healthy lives. You choose what services your family uses and can withdraw from the KEYS Network at any time.
