If you want to provide feedback or raise a complaint about KEYS, please follow the following steps: 

Call 02 8811 7145, provide some details and ask to speak with a KEYS Team Leader or the Navigator Manager

If you are unhappy with the response from the Navigation Team and wish to raise your feedback or complaint formally, please address your concerns in writing to:
