If you’re a service provider or family member experiencing difficulties navigating the service system, please click ‘Refer a Family’ above.
Every member of the family will have strengths, needs and goals identified and included in a family plan. This plan will be used to coordinate services in order to meet the needs and goals of the family.
The KEYS Network has a Team of people who will work with the referrer and other services to meet the needs of the family.
KEYS takes the protection of personal information seriously. Data is protected by State and Federal legislation and is only shared with relevant services to allow for the safety, welfare and wellbeing of families.
The KEYS Network removes the stress of accessing multiple services. If a family needs timely access to services like housing or counselling, KEYS can coordinate this. This can include connecting with culturally safe services
The KEYS Network recognises the family unit is fundamental to a child’s development. The needs of the child and family are at the heart of KEYS. Each member of the family will identify goals for themselves and the family.
The KEYS Network promotes collaboration between services and shares information in a respectful and secure way. This means families should only need to share their story once.
The KEYS network is voluntary and designed to help families live happy and healthy lives. The family choose what services they use and can withdraw from the KEYS Network at any time.
